Alaska Veterans Museum honors United States veterans and ensures that the nation remembers the sacrifices for America's freedom. Located in Anchorage, Alaska, the museum has a collection of more than 110 oral histories and hundreds of artifacts from veterans dating from World War 2 to the present. In addition to this, the museum educates the public through the collection, presentation and exhibition artifacts, personal accounts and historical acts relating to the history of the veterans. This new Alaska Veterans Museum is in Suite 227.
